This is how you can make a return in the customer panel!

Welcome to your personal customer panel at TrollParts!
When you create an account with us, you automatically gain access to your own panel. Here, you can quickly and easily manage your purchases including making returns.

Below, you’ll find a simple overview of how to get started!

1. Login page and SMS verification

Features:

• Language selection – flag icon in the top-right corner (available languages: Norwegian, English, Polish).

• Login form – field for entering the registered phone number.

• Contact panel – quick access to the contact details of our sales representatives.

Logging in:

1. Enter your registered phone number in the text field in the middle of the screen.

2. Click the “Log in” button.

3. An SMS with a verification code will be sent to the provided number.

4. Enter the code to access the system..

2. Home page

After a successful login, the user is directed to the home page.
The left side of the screen contains the navigation panel with the following tabs:

• Documents

• Returns


“Documents” tab

This section contains electronic versions of delivery notes, which also accompany each delivery in paper form.

Available columns:

• Number – delivery note number

• Value – gross value of the entire document

• Catalogue order number – order number from the B2B system (Gearcode)

• Comment – additional information or license plate number

• Date – document creation date

• Actions – interaction menu:

   • (eye) – detailed view of the delivery note

   • (down arrow) – simplified document view

"Returns" tab

This section contains all information related to returns. It allows you to:

• search

• filter

• check the status

• generate and print shipping labels

The left navigation panel includes:

• Create return

• All returns

• Created returns

• Approved returns

• Rejected returns

Available columns:

• Delivery note no.

• Name – part name

• Reference – part symbol

• Return date – date of creation

• Update date – date of status change (e.g. after warehouse confirmation)

• Status – current return status

• Return no. – return number

• Package no. – package/label number

• Actions – action menu:

  • (box) – create label

  • (printer) – print label

  • (bin) – delete return

3. Creating a return

Step 1: Start search

Click “Create return”.

• In the search field, enter: part number, part name, or document number.

• The field activates after entering at least 3 characters.

• Results appear as blue links for creating a return.

Step 2: Select products

• Click the delivery note number.

• You will be redirected to the “Select products to return” panel.

• Choose the products and their quantities.

• Select a reason for the return from the list:

   • damaged product,

   • wrong product,

   • defective product,

   • product not available,

   • other reason.

• Click “Create return”.

Step 3: Returns list


• The created return will appear in the “All returns” tab and in the “Created returns” section.

• You can repeat steps 1–2 to add additional items.

Step 4: Creating a label and shipment

• The blue frame with a counter shows the number of returns ready for shipment.

• Click “Pack together” or the box icon.

• In the label creation panel, select the products to be packed and click “Create package”.

• After the package is created, a green button “Download label” will appear.

Step 5: Handing over the package

• Pack the selected parts together with the label into one transport package.

• Hand the package over to a Trollparts driver.

• Once the package is registered in the warehouse, the return status will be updated.

 

Step 6: Return approval

• The warehouse reviews the return and assigns it a status:

   • Approved,

   • Rejected.

• The update date will be changed automatically.
